07 xtx plastics on a 04 xtr?

does anyone know if the plastics mount the same between the above models?
I love the sharper look of the motard tank fairings and just wonder if I can swap them around? the rear tail piece looks the same, even front guard, but headlight I know is different...

any advice?

Unfortunately there is no easy swap. At least tank mounts are different, so you have to swap it. Side and rear panels are different as well, but not sure about the mounting points there.

It fits but not perfect! Mine XTR is -07 and the XTX fairing is from a 2011 but yes I will mod to fit them but remember the tank is more naked for damage compared to XTR bigger fairing.
