Sometimes it pays not to listen!
All,
Sometimes it pays not to listen (not always). I have been looking for a DRZ/KTM for a while and stayed away from the XT due to the negative press i.e weight, power, not a true SM etc. However most of the DRZ's for sale are sheds and I have owned a KTM many years ago and always felt it was close to blowing up. Anyway, test rode an XT at the weekend and purchased it on the spot. Yes it's heavy but I don't plan to carry it anywhere :) and I thought it went well and the journey home, I wasn't worrying that it would go pop! (long stint on the A3) The only thing I don't like is the rear light but I should be able to sort that!! Cheers |
