       Hello there... From Brighton UK

       Not actually got mine yet....
I pick it later this week, so am very excited! It's an XTX and I got to pick the numberplate (my first time ever). Started riding when I was 16 and the last bike I owned before taking a loooooog break from motorcycles was a 1979 Yamaha RD400 (the one with the white tank). Many (many) years later my cousin decided to move to Aus. so asking if I fancied his Goldwing and stupidly I said "sure, why not" :toothy5: So, I went from a 400cc 2 stroke to an 1800cc tank in one fell swoop! Culture shock or what. But what it did was reignite my love of biking, so after 12mths of glorious cruising I decided to get something a little more 'flighty' - enter an XT660X. Really looking forward to some different biking and expect to be asking lots of questions of you all. Regards John |
