Hi Guys and Girls!

New to this site so thought I would say hello!

I have just passed my test and have decided to buy a Yamaha XT660X

Don't pick it up until saturday(30th) but thought I best join up!

Will get some pictures once I collect her from the dealers on saturday.

I will do, its a new one so will get plenty of pics!

Do the later ones suffer with the fuel surge of the older ones?

Also going to look into a few small mods but don't want to void my warranty lol

Welcome and congratulations on your new purchase.

I took my new Ten to bits straight away so didn't bother in the slightest with the warranty - that was 3 1/2 years ago and she's never missed a beat!

Look forward to seeing the pic's.

Ride carefully on these roads at the moment.

Definitely notice the juddering at lower speeds so going to get my 1st 600 mile service then perform kev mod and also remove the snorkel.

Done 100 miles now and loving it!

Fitted some red wheel tape last night, I think it looks good.. Comments welcomed!

Oh and Rob that was in Damerells when I picked the bike up. I would keep her indoors if the missus would let me though haha
