Who,s been out today and where?

What a fantastic day in the uk today it,s been a pleasure getting the xt out and going for a blast. I went towards the Bridge Kirby Lonsdale but got to Gisburn and found the road to settle closed. There is a diversion in place but decided just to find some corners and give it a handfull of rasberries. Stayed out searching for good roads for some time before just now returning home. What a fantastic day first good one of this year lets hope there are many more dont you just love biking.:icon_biggrin:

I've racked up about 500 miles since Friday (guessing that as I've used two full tanks of fuel) , Lakes, North Pennines, Solway Coast on both the Tenere and the Tiger !

Bit crappy today though, all the tourist-ey car driver are about today, I wish to christ they would put their brains into gear and maybe point their eyes in the direction they are traveling in. Bl00dy nightmare!

Not see the Air Ambulance up yet, but then I didn't see many bikes out either.

Sounds like you have really enjoyed yourself there although a cracking day still a tad cold not complaining. I saw loads of bikes out myself yes I agree with the traffic its good to get in front before hitting the twisties.

Was working this weekend but Friday was good day, took supercheap day return on ferry (2 hr crossing) from N. Ireland to SW Scotland for cracking day on deserted roads of Galloway and Borders. Lunch in Moffat and early eve ferry back home. 300+ miles... Brilliant :-)

Yes had a great day yesterday riding around Pembrokeshire with my mate on his old 3yf model Ten. Just fabulous but factor in the tank of fuel and lunch and a days ride isnt cheap now is it !!!

Not this time, my good friends Dave and Clint who's family own the Buccleuch Arms provided the necessary sustenance :-) Always a good spot for some local fare.
