It came from bottom of engine and it was worse during acceleration. Even mechanic thought it would came from inside engine.

Before opening engine I decided check that nothing is loose. Everything seemed be correct. Finally I removed sump guard and found that two bolts completely missing from exhaust bracket mount :)
It was easy to fix. I only wondering how they missing because I haven't ever removed those and bike had been official service one month earlier...

cheers i think its a much more heavy duty and rotary sound then that slower then the piston but still rotary but i will give it a check before i strip it down on monday :)cheers!

My bike started to make a heavy knocking sound in September and I left the problem to wait for a long winter nights. Now I had time to open it and I found that a nut holding gears for balancer drive, primary drive and water pump had came loose. After the lock washer was bended out of the way I got the nut off easily with fingers :icon_surprised:

This clip taken from a another forum shows the problem, notice the white mark at the end of the crankshaft and how it stays still while gears move
