Would of thought you could very easily make one from a piece of steel knocking around. Angle grinder + drill.....

I blocked the AIS (I'm a car mechanic so always called it EGR) off ages ago but may be stripping the bike soon so thought I would do it properly. I could obviously get one from OTR but the shipping is as much as the part.

Does anyone know the hole centers, length, width etc of the AIS plate. Found a load on ebay for land rovers in 4mm plate. look similar and only 2 quid.

My Disco 1 300tdi has it's EGR blanked off...the plate you see will be too big by far..

(Maybe if you order fuel filters/oil etc from OTR then it'll help take the sting out of the shipping?)

:)
