Newbie from Bavaria
 

Hello,

mein name ist Roland and i live near Munich. Im the owner of a 2008th XT 660 Z in competition white completely Original. Of course I also own an original "Bavarian Lederhosen" :smilies0349:. Befor the T�n�r� i had a Yamaha TT 600 S Belgarda. A wonderful (dirt-) bike, but i`m and the TT getting older an it`s better for my health to Change to an other Bike.

I read the articles for a few days and am impressed that here in the forum, the whole world is represented. Mainly I`m traveling with the Motorbike in the Alps an in Italy.

I had two GS, but the quality of BMW has not convinced me. That is also the reason for my forum name. But this ist a long story.

Come on we wanna hear the story!!!! I too am convinced that BMW quality is not all that it is made out to be but come on we wanna hear it from you!!! And welcome, you will find everything you need about your XT in this wonderful web site.....

Ist very simpl. In both BMW's early were relatively expensive repairs on the engines, because BMW has built lousy quality. Warranty or goodwill were unsuccessful. The four Yamahas I had, always ran like a Swiss watch.
