O.T.R. and seat questions - update
 

Anyone used Off The Road recently? How's service with them? (seem to remember some criticism on these lines, albeit quite some time ago).
Also, anyone have their replacement seat? How was the 'process' of dialogue to delivery?
I pick-up my Ten on Wednesday. Having sat on one at the Cologne show (actually, for long periods and frequently!), it reminded me of when I had my last Ten with standard seat. I need the best 'leg extension' I can get and I now recall my natural riding position seemed to be just where the rise in the seat starts! limiting movement. I think I'd prefer a 'flat/flatter' profile seat - and may as well get it raised an inch or so in the process. OTR are close to me, so it should be convenient to use them.
Information on alternatives/other suppliers would also be most appreciated. Thanks

I've used them a few times for bits and pieces...stuff arrives usually within a week. They'll email me if they have not anything in stock etc.

I have only used them once, about 4/5 months ago.
Took about 5 weeks to get one big box from them to me in Western Australia.
Given l'm still waiting for a birthday and anniversary card from my wife in Singapore, l'd says that's pretty quick.
No complaints from this end.
Hope the seat works out, mine is getting less comfy each time l ride. Only cure l found is to ride harder, faster and standing up. :evil5:

Right now I'm resolving an issue with O.T.R.
In a box I've received there were missing items - exactly one of the bash plates (I've ordered 2 of them, for me and for my friend).
The communication is quite good - will see the final of this story.
Maybe the problem is only with international shipping to Russia...

I always found them good. But. I never relied on web ordering, I emailed them to ask about availability and things arrived in line with what they advised.

I had a problem with a bash plate, they resolved that in a couple of days (not bad for international goods).

I'd be happy to use them again - remembering that you cannot rely on a computer, only a person.

Thanks guys. I guess living an hour-and-a-half's ride away should make it easier for me, should there be any problems.

Just received a message from O.T.R. - they will resend missing bash plate (it was their fault). Great service! Hope it will arrive soon.
