you succeded where I failed!
dID YOU HAVE TO FIDDLE AROUND MUCH WITH THE CABLES AND LEVERS?
I tried a pair make y I think barkbusters and the fixing into the handle bar was not right once you removed the end weights. what year it your bike. I see you have used original Yamaha ones |
Has anyone fitted these - Tenere Hand Guards
Has anyone retro fitted these genuine Tenere Handguards to their R?
http://yshop.yamaha-motor.com.au/pro...-hand-guards-1 and the optional deflectors? Saw a pair on a Tenere at the recent MotoGP - they look as tough as nails and attach to the mirror stem. (which is why I like them) Bloody expensive...!! Had to fiddle quite a bit to fit them on, but not so bad. Had to remove the handlebar stabilisers, feeling more vibrations now.
