Two tubes broken off , the tubes fit so nice and tight , its hard to see they are both broken off.

So , strip headlight and electrics off reveals this :

Worth keeping an eye on this me thinks, I've always thought there are rather a lot of vibes transmitted through the headlamp/fairing support bracket.

hi, looks a good repair!.

mine failed as well, though it was still covered under warranty, as i was well off the dealer network at the time it broke it was welded up so i could carry on till i got home

Neat repair!
When i made up a sat nav barcket and drilled the tube i thought that the tubes on deckchairs are more substantial. Same for the sidestand on my old R.
