B&B in Dumfries and Galloway
A very good friend of mine has just started to fulfill one of his lifetime dreams, packed in his job, sold his house, and upped sticks to move from Lancashire to Scotland to run a B&B. He is building it up from scratch and opened for business a few weeks ago. It is a fabulous house in a superb location just a mile or so off the A75 and the bedrooms are very tastefully done, very large with gorgeous bathrooms with the latest designer fittings. He could easily describe the place as boutique B&B. His wife Jill used to run a craft and sewing shop in Garstang and will be selling unique hand made crafts from the B&B.

The place is perfect for an overnight to/from Stranraer or Cairnryan for the Irish ferries or for exploring Galloway forest. He advertises 2 rooms, but does have a third if it was really needed. There is off road parking and he might even let you park in the garage
