You're apsolutely right, that's why from that excursion on, i stick to the rule of min two riders if there is any intention to explore. If i'am alone, as soon it crosses my mind: "it's gonna be tricky to go back in case..." ...well then i turn around.
The thing is, this bike pushes your limts wih it's very good handling, and sometimes is just to late to bail out in time. Only than you realize that it's not 250 two stroke. More on that subject to come... "500 meters in 3 hours" is gonna be the title... :)
