Tenere no more...
 

... sold the bike today.

It has served me well for over 70.000km's ...

... and introduced me to a new kind of motorcycling..

... took me to places I'd otherwise never would have found (like this forum)...

So why? Well ... convinced my employer to grant me a company-bike...

... yeah, yeah ... I know...

... but hell!!! It's almost for free!

So since the Ten wasn't needed as a commuter anymore, and it's sole purpose would be the occasional off-road trip, I decided to look for a 'sharper' tool for that kind of fun. Not sure what, but a KTM 690 Enduro is candidate no.1

I'm glad to say the Tenere found a home with an owner that will put it to good use: globe trotter guy that had to retire his old XT600 Tenere.

To all of you: thank you for your company, ideas and support. XT660.com is the best!
