Right then mates which pipe do i block in the air box.?Removed the ais plug but apparently this makes it worse.:sign12::smilies0330:Removed both sides of the air box cant find the pipe to the ais.? So to laze to remove tank again to reconnect the ais plug.:emoticons: O well gt the mole grips and squash the metal pipe , that fix the popping do i need to reconnect the ais plug.?:moonshine[1]:

Look in the modification index, I have shown how to block off the AIS with a simple mod.

If you leave the AIS unplugged air will be injected into the exhaust system all the time, in the closed loop mapping the O2 sensor will see this as a lean A/F ratio & will increase the fueling, the effect will be a smoother running bike in the closed loop.

My quick and dirty solution

Left all the switches and cable plugged in. Plugged the tube from the air box.

Don't you get any error readings when you unplug the whole system? Then I can get rid of the whole crap.

I quite like the popping noises, especially with my new MTC cans - don't know what all the fuss is about..........
