Decided to remove that air solenoid plug today.Got the plug off but still popping:smilielol:.Whilst the exhaust front pipe cover was off i notis't the nut on the back cover was vibrating on the exhaust clamp, so i left the covers off on both sides of the bike cleaned up the front pipe took the pastic crap rad cover offblowup.Lowered the forks through the yokes 10 mm /ripped out the cat drilled the silencer snorkel gone. 'O' no vibes. :love9:

If you unplug the AIS electrical connector the value will remain open & pop even more.

Yes KEV popping well theirs not a seagull safe up my road and the neighbors don't need there alarms. :sleep01::097:

I love my bike popping from exhaust pipes..
