After reading about the cush drive rubbers here from time to time I checked my own today.

Is this normal or should I change them?

That's flapping like a prick in a bucket mate. Search for Cush drive mod. Couple of bits of old inner tube wedged in there works a treat,mine was like that

pad them out with inner tube as described elsewhere on this forum.

I hear the XT600E cush driver is the same as the xt660z.
