Tenere hat goes to Santorini
 

In the absence of my Tenere, or the ability to hire one, my hat and an XT660R had to do the job. The pics aren't great: I only thought of the idea a moment before handing the bike back. Santorini is far more beautiful than I have shown. Clearly I haven't got the upload thing happening properly either..

Love Santorini, we went there on our honeymoon, on one of them ships you've captured in the pic with the hat over the clocks.

Did you walk down the mad cobble street to the harbour ?? or did you go down on a Donkey ?? (the street.... filthy minds some folk on here!)

LMFAO!! (sorry about phonespeak but otherwise there are consequences...).

No mate, the donkeys were safe. We gasped and sweated, plodded and swore, but we got it done in the end. Dodging donkey s88t was an occasional problem, though.

We loved Santorini too. And hope to go back one day. Manic people on the roads, so a bike was the go. At least I hired a Tenere engine... Nothing wrong with the R apart from average suspension. Nice bike.
