Just bought my first bike! Black XTX
 

Hi all,


I just bought my first bike. It's a full black 2007 xtx 660 with 14000km (km so yes I'm from Belgium) on the clock.
It's almost in perfect condition.
I had my driving lessons on a bmw 650 xcountry and after that I knew I wanted a bike like that. I opted for the yamaha because of its reliability.

Just one quick question: the rear light is a bit wobbly, is that normal?

The rear light is mounted on 2 rubber rings which makes it wobbly for a reason, the single cylinder engine send a lot of throbbing vibration to the tail end and if the light wasn't rubber mounted the ligth bulb inside wouldn't last 2 minutes.

Now you said you've got a new bike but the rule round here is that this bike doesn't exist yet until we see pics of it.bigwink

welcome dude-i'm sure you'll have an awesome time on the XTX, i've just started to add a few bits to mine and it's pretty amazing the difference in performance.
