Thanks for that,I've a couple of avenues I need to go down if anything turns up I'll post on here,having 2 bikes with Dymags and another with BST's I've been down this road far too many times,I really should know better!!.

Well it appears that there may be an option to convert the wheels to tubeless,I've resisted on bikes that I use to do a distance on,but after some more digging may give it a go on XT and see what happens!!

I have a connection to Central Wheel,I'm told there's a conversion to tubeless how good?? I've no idea and there's only one way to find out,it's not ideal and i'm really looking for a bigger weight saving but it's a start.
