Hi at a recent adv meet in n.Wales i had the misfortune to break my nitron shock, i guess i was going a little too hard to stop for a drainage ditch across a trail so i gassed it some more and pulled on the bars, bloody big thump, and that snapped the shock rod at the lower spring mount
when i got home i contacted nitron and they wanted the unit back asap [it's 20 months old, warranty of 12].
so they checked it over and concluded, it's had a hard life :retard:, tho should not have failed so they decided to modify their production basically, a 16mm rod instead of a 14mm unit, tho that meant changing quite a few items and it took a couple of weeks
So just before the lakes meet the modded unit was delivered, no time to fit, is now tho! a few pics

just in time for an adv camping event in sw.France I'm sure i'll give it a good testing!
