Got the wife she was not amused,

She was laid in bed half asleep I had got up to have a shower looked out of the window. I then informed the wife that her van had been nitromosed or paint stripper poured all over it.

Wow the look on her face wish I had a camera as she lept from the pit. She soon calmed down because of the van not being done. But for a short while I could not wipe the smile of my face almost as good as being out on the xt660x.

Rock from outer space
 

My 6 year old son got me good on April 1. I was out on a group ride, and I left before the family woke. So he told me on the phone that a "rock from outer space" hit our VW. I believed him, and spent the morning visualising the smouldering interior of the car, space rock sitting on the seat.

Would insurance pay out? Would the car be repairable? Should I feel bad that I'd taken over the garage for bikes, exposing the VW to alien danger?

At least he only brings it up 20 times a day now....
