Anyone with centre stand might need to check...
 

...the bottom chain roller,in so much as when I was giving mine the once over today I found that it was not able to turn....

I traced it to the fact that the bottom chain roller bolt had been too tight,along with the fixing for the centre stand spring...making the roller press against the frame and mounting bolt therefore jamming it solid.

I removed the roller and put a small washer to space it out and now it turns...

Probably overtightened at the dealer when the previous owner got the stand...

Just say'in like....
