If it Can go wrong it will :088:
And it did..

I started to build the sub frame for the side car..
While removeing the foot pegs... one bolt was tight
CRC/WD40 wined it out, back it off .. it just kept locking up
then it let go started to spin in the hole
the threaded insert inside the tube had let go ..:088:

So I had to cut the head of the bolt push the whole
thing into the tube..then drill the hole in the frame
bigger "17.5mm"... And turn up a new threaded insert
with a shoulder that I can weld on from the out side..

I will fill the frame tube with exspanding foam to stop
the bolt & insert rattleing around in the tube...

So that stuffed up my day...

So pull your ones out and put some anti-sieze on them
may stop a issue in the future for yer...
