Got my bike at last
 

After quite a long time pontificating and surfing this website I have finally bought myself a lovely XT660R. Its a low mileage 07 that I didnt pay a lot for. I must say that I am very happy with it. I was worried about this surging problem that everyone goes on about but to tell you the truth I cant even tell if it does or not. I had a Triumph Tiger before this but wanted to go simpler and lighter becuase once my sons has finished at University (one more year to go) I am going to do an extended trip of Morocco and dont want to do it on a �10K adventure tourer!

Nice site by the way!! I have made my donation and bought the mods encylopedia. Let the fun commence
