does anyone know where online in the uk i can buy chain rollers from as i notice these are rubber and not hardened plastic. i have tried the plastic ones but they make so much noise while riding

thanks for that but looks like they only do the hard plastic ones which are very noisey

also is it normal for these plastic one to make such a noise. you just push the bike you can hear chain going over the roller

Plastic or nylon ones are noisier, but they last longer. Polyurethane ones (with a sealed bearing) are what you need. Not sure what material the DRC ones from Dirt Bike Bitz are? This might be a better option as they are polyurethane...

Is your chain running on the lower roller all the time?

yes chain is always running on lower roller never touches top one as suspension is up high. i only use bike for road use never off road as mine is xtx with road tyres

Have you got raising links fitted or a larger than standard rear sprocket?

no its all standerd as just fitted new chain and sprockets. its only fully adjusted on shock
