HI ALL, BEEN USING ONE OF THESE FOR 4 WEEKS NOW. SIMPLE TO FIT EVEN FOR ME! DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN. I USE GEAR OIL IN MINE EP90. YOU CAN PICK ONE UP ON EBAY OR GO DIRECT TO tutorochainoiler.com IT JUST WON THE BEST BUY IN RIDE MAG NOVEMBER ISSUE. TRY THIS CODE ON THE SITE FOR A 10% DISCOUNT BUT ITS CHEAP AS CHIPS ANYWAY. LESS THAN 20 QUID DELIVERED. NOT SURE IF I POSTED THIS IN THE RIGHT PLACE BUT I AM RUBBISH WITH COMPUTERS.

Instead of EP90...you could try and use Chainsaw Oil...it's cheap to buy and is made for chains...a wee bit tacky so as not to fly off the same as normal oil..

That's what I use in the Tutoro. Stihl chainsaw oil. Works perfectly.

So this is a manual system and much cheaper than ScottOilers????

Any chance of some photos??? I'm thinking of a manual dual nozzle setup for my X - would love to see some details/recommended fixing points/nozzle location etc....

Yep - it is about as simple as it gets - gravity fed to the nozzle, with a bit of adjustment on the reservoir to control flow. Key issue is you've got to remember to turn the things off when you park up or your back tyre will be sitting in a pool of oil!

I've used this one before, i weren't impressed with the dispenser assembely, but that was the only weak point.

forgot to turn it off once and it dripped all over the father inlaws drives whoops.

i just used old engine oil from oil changes.

for the money it's worth it.

i use just a simple plastic container, a 12Volt DC solenoid valve conected to ignition (+)
So it turns on and off when the bike is started or stopped.
For the dosing i use a simple air reduction valve (industrial pneumatic component) and clear air hose (6mm outer dia, 4 mm inner dia)

works well for me.
