I think I'll wait for yours..when it became ready!
Please, if you can PM to me when ready to ship ;-)

Thank's for all

Will do.

Maybe I've found a AutoTune module AT200 at a good price.
Do you think it's a good idea?
Do you think that can be work without any 02 eliminator?

Stewie82;162823]Maybe I've found a AutoTune module AT200 at a good price. They work well if you are playing with the A/F ratio a lot, a dyno tune will produce the best HP & Torque. How much is cheap?
Do you think it's a good idea? How good are you at building fuel maps?
Do you think that can be work without any 02 eliminator? They can't build a stable fuel map between 2500 to 5000 rpm without a O2 eliminator/emulator, I know we have treid many times over the past 4 years.

Hi Kev, I also have spoken to you about the o2 sensor before as i have the plug in type which you have said does not work. So i have a 2008 xtx and you also said i can use a PCV from a raptor 700 on my bike. Am i correct? So i also will need one of your O2 eliminators if this is the right set up.
thanks Chris

Yes you will, I have plenty stock for the XTX & XTR's ready to ship next business day.

Hi,
I recently bought a PCV for the Ten and it came with the O2 eliminator. I guessed that was why it costs 30 more than a standard PCV. And works a treat.

Rob you are quite right about the Zd, we have similar scenario with the Dyno jet O2 optimizer for the X & R models. The Dyno jet Optimizer keeps the R & X A/F in the closed loop at 13.6:1 & my O2 eliminator turns it off completely, only allowing the ECU to read the open loop circuit.

Rob from what we have tested we can now get a better stabilized A/F ratio with the closed loop completely turned off then with the plug in O2 eliminator, with the closed loop circuit turned off it forces the ECU to read the open loop circuit all the time which is the circuit the PCV adjusts. A PCV can not adjust the closed loop circuit.

You can still use the plug in type on the Z but when the ECU reads the closed loop circuit with the plug in type it sets a fix A/F ratio of around 14.2:1, we want the A/F ratio around 13.2:1 all the time for best power.

With my O2 eliminator it turns off the closed loop circuit & will stop the Zd's ECU from leaning the Power Commander out to 14.2:1 in the closed loop when you are on the cruise & keeps the A/F ratio to where it is set in the PCV.

The plug in type O2 elminiator does not work on the X & R 2007 to present models.

Hi Kev,

you know by now that i know nothing about how these loops work, i just take expert advise. But here is a thought: My bike is DNA stage 2 as you know and i am using the DNA stage 2 mapping that is here on the forum. This map was written with the o2 on, i assume as it has been around a while. Will it be ok with your eliminator?

Rob

P.S.
Has anybody lately read the thread about the effectiveness of Kev mods on the German XT660 web site? If there are any members here who are also members on that forum please refer them to Kevs answers to all the questions posted here. From what i saw there will be some very sorry XT owners over there soon. (refering to the abilities of the o2 sensor here)

I have custom made fuel maps for the XTX/R with O2 my eliminator made in the UK on a Dyno, these would be close to your setup on your Z.

The map you have loaded would also be close using my O2 eliminator. The XTZ does not have an agressive closed loop circuit like the X & R models, with most of them running fine with a fuelling device & the O2 sensor connected.
