Erm, no they don't.

The EU do.

And I'm still not convinced holding up the countries drivers on a Sunday is the best way to gather support. Even the people at MAG can't give me a reasonable explanation....

:bbeer:

sorry, that's what i meant. EU/Government
I do see your point and was wondering exactly how riding for 20 mins will help.
But it's not like a total roadblock, and if it helps to keep abit of motorcycling freedom I figured it couldn't hurt.
I might be wrong. And probably shouldn't jump the gun and get all passionate about something I have only just found out about. Maybe should delete this thread.

(i just like tinkering, that's all)

NOT AT ALL, if these events are covered by the press it will at least bring the situation to everybody's attention and perhaps prevent any EU legislation being slipped in through the back door.
As GULG points out I would question the correctness if the protest causes mass hold ups etc, but other than that go for it.

Calm Down Dear!!!... since when did you last take note of a speed limit even? .... rules are meant to be broken...:brave: like I'm gonna wear a hi-viz down to my Grundies :supergay:.. . yeah right... :035:
Sounds crazy but think about this for a mo, the biking community should do a protest that gets all bikers to use cars instead of bikes, that way we could show what a difference we make and how much more congested it would be (they think it's bad when a few bikes take to the road and forget we struggle every day amongst all the car traffic yet this is our average day :finger:)... also much more room on a car for banners, hardly anyone knows what the average bike protest/ride is about.... unless a couple of tiny flags get seen maybe... :blob8: my slogan says it all really...:tank:
