I've took a Kyham Rigidome Tourer to Wales in 2009 which is physically a pretty big pack and weighs in about 15Kg, it was overkill but nice to have the space. More normally I use a Vango Halo 300.

Ever thought about a caravan?

I have found 4 tents that are about as small as you can get, but I could stand up in.

All have fully sewn-in groundsheets too....
