Here is my new bike, after I sold the Teneree I want to go back to more off roading so after a long time looking I bought a 400 drzs with only550 miles on it it is a 2005 model.
I changed the front sprocket down by one tooth and 3 extra on the back, and done a few extra tweaks.

These pictures were taken after doing about 100 miles green laning

The rear tyre has since been changed and fitted with a MT43 type tyre (trails) which is far better for roots and rocky climbs

Nice one, I think I still have a copy of the factory workshop manual for your bike if you want a copy.

I know of some nice big bore kits & stroker cranks for the Z400.
