4&1/2 hours to get 10 miles, thats an average of 2mph, luggin 2 bikes over 5 fallen trees with mossy bog in between the b--t--ds, an at your age - aye to me thats extreme

No, that's just fun fun fun. Exteme is when you get bogged and can't get it out. lol. Enjoyed that immensly and was ready to do again today but for the sh1t weather.
