The trespass laws don't apply here. They can only tell us to ****** off. There is a tecnicality regarding damage to property. i.e, a dislodged stone on a hill track but the law is a minefield. Far easier to lock a gate but that damn Tenere has a knack of squeezing thru tight spaces. lol.

My sentiments exactly. Just go there and behave and show respect for the area. If a jobsworth disna like it he can only ask you to leave. He cant send you to jail, he cant take your bike, he cant shoot you, maybe,He might want to phone the cops but it wid be a good hour before they appeared up here in which time you have gone, and they would not chase up the complaint cos that's too much effort. As long as you go slowly and sensibly and speak to people and shut gates, the sky's the limit.Just behave and have the passport ready for inspection by marauding Jacobites.
