what's this bit then ?
 

anyone know what this is for, it looks out of place here. It is some sort of roller next to the left hand pillion peg which i have removed.

Any suggestions

Top chain roller, when the suspension is bottomed out the chain runs on this roller.

cheers kev, didnt think suspension would go down that much, need to diet i suppose.

do the bike actually need this one or what happens if i take it away (will clean the hole frame on every part and bits i do not need and repaint it...and thought off taking off this roller)
