XT660X in the garage...

Deal done bike is now mine, now for the mod's treatment.

Removed snorkel, capped AIS and re-oiled forks with 15w.
much better on the road, less diving on the front under braking and less surging and much smoother on the throttle after adjusting co rate.
You guys know your stuff!!!

More things to do later but now its cleaning and prepping time!!

Well so far so good, all the mod's are working fine and bike 10 times better to ride. All my mates love it, it's a blast!
Have been riding sports bikes for the last ten years but decided on change of pace. My recent bikes were an original Fireblade T'99 with 15,000miles on mint example for knocking about on and a Daytona 675 Triumph for the racing. Loved the triumph, handled like a dream and good for 160. Many hours blasting over the mountain at the Isle of Man was had with that baby, but now i have sold both and wanted something completely different.
Can't get much different but I love it! they all want one now...

Will upload some photo's soon, just need to finish tinkering.
