Castle Bay campsite, was OK, mostly statics and tourers not many tents for a bank hol, �10 per night.

Or you can take the easy route along the old railway, though this is the perfect place for an ambush.

PortP, full of day trippers but good on a night time. Locals were all friendly and we had some canny banter with a few over the two nights.

Not a bad wkend, some good roads round Galloway A713 and 712 stand out, good pubs in Portpatrick, and laffin at Trailer Boy.

Looks nice! dont get the bike trailer though, sort of defeats the object of having a bike but each to their own i suppose.
