Hi, I have not been on here for ages!

I just wanted to say thanks for all the funds raised on this site for my London Marathon. There has been some real highs and extreme low's in my training, notably the six weeks of not running at all due to my torn calve muscle. I really thought I would be letting you all down and got pretty depressed. I had a great physio who treated me for free and really helped me. I got better and though with a lot of pain managed my 15 and 20 mile runs with a 8 min mile average.

I hope that you all are still keeping an eye on yourselves and maybe taking a step to keeping healthier.

A massive thanks to SteveD for his contribution (and friendship) it is much appreciated. And thanks again to all on xt660.com who donated the hard earned money.

I am number 44560 and will be doning a blue and white check Orchid vest if anyone is watching (look out for my shaved white egg head ha ha!)
