where is the o2 sensor??
 

I might be proper stupid but i cannot find the o2 sensor? its an 06 plate but 2004 model.. any ideas? been searching all day!

gear lever side....it comes out of the exhaust header, with wires coming out of it.

oh..if an 2004 bike, I don't think they were fitted then. I think it was 2006/07 onwards (sorry, didn't read your post properly!!...now THAT is stupid!)

Kidding, think it was '07 onwards ie post newer plastics. My '06 is 02 sensor free!

errm am i gonna have to take the tank off? im just blind still cant see it sorry for being a pain :gsmile:

yip...but you have to remove the engine to get the tank off.........:- (we're only joking!)

04 to 06 models don't have O2 sensors.
