Hi, had the same thing on mine. Bike is out in the rain a lot and short trips. Stage II lets the water in through the mesh even when well oiled. I think the water level builds up in the airbox until it sloshes through the engine breather when the brakes are on. Removed the stage II, put the standard cover back on and the oil has been clear for months.

If the DNA filters are oiled correctly & greased sealed, water should not enter the air box, is the drain blocked on your air box?

Air and older (90's vintage) water cooled ducatis regularly form water emulsification in the oil if not run for long enough to burn off the condensation.
Are you getting it out on long enough journeys or just the odd short spin to the shops and back etc?

i see what your saying but this seems to be alot of water in oil for condensation, have drained oil gonna top up with new oil then run it then change oil and filter

right update........i done oil change leaving the bike standing over the weekend draining with both drain plugs out, new oil filter + oil added tues ran bike untill warm oil looking nice and clean, used bike for work today checked oil when i got home oil is still nice and clean. i now intend to add engine flush in next couple of week replacing oil and filter again for final time then hopefully all should be ok.

looks like it was water collection in air box as i removed drain plug on pipe that runs down by the foot peg and plenty of water came out so looks like water had backed up into airbox enough for it to go down breather tube:happy:
