Gympie Adventure Ride

Any of you QLD bunch going on the Gympie Adventure Ride? I can see an XT660 on the list.

Looks like a funweekend. Just wondering what the terrain is like?

I would love to go but

I always have so much trouble at the NSW / Qld boarder, turning the clock back 40 years, the currency exchange, organising visa's, learning to talk slower so the locals understand and you never know what the going rate for bribes with Qld cops (is it 10% of the fine or $50???).
