PM Reply Box

Hello...

I've noticed, when replying to PM's, the box that contains the text box/tools and the smilies is a fixed size and so, if the smileys are large or long, the text box reduced in size and makes the text scrunched up and difficult to read.

First time I've heard, what browser are you using?

dazmatic 28-09-10 17:59

It was using IE at work.

Even looking at it at home here, the text box is smaller when replying to a PM than it is replying to a post on the forums.

using IE 8 at home too.

No idea, I use same browser as you and no issues.

well, the PM box is about a third smaller than the forum reply box.

Only noticed it earlier on.

Could it just be made that way?

Both the same size on my computer :smilies0119:

Odd...

I'm on a 27 inch screen too!

Not just you dazmatic, the PM reply box is around half the width of the forum reply box for me too. Whether on the Mac at home on Chrome, Safari or Firefox or on Windows7 at work with IE or Chrome.
