Is the XTR/X and MT03 engine identical?

Any one know? maybe useful for the guys hunting second-hand parts......

I know of a MT03 engine that I may get....but I need to be sure its the same...
I have emailed Yam Tech UK anyway.....

what about the Aprilia Pegaso, 06my, i think it is the same...

And the Derbi Mulhasen?

I do not know for sure but would expect them to be 95% the same.

just had confirmation....its the same engine....but not fuelling, ecu etc...

if I can get this engine for the right price, i can do a straight swap-over....

I have been told my XTX was a girls bike before, my comment back lets go for a ride this weekend in the mountains & we will see who's bike is a girls bike.
