XT660X bar height
 

Does anyone know the dimensions for the OEM bar on the x? Want to replace it with a fat bar or pro taper, but concerned about the cable length.

I could do with a bit more heigh, and a bit more sweep back but it seems I can't go much higher than standard because of cable lenght, and I Don't want to re-fit cables.

From measuring, it seems like the height of the bar is approx:
height = 125mm (from bottom of bar)
width = 800 mm
Sweep = 55mm (very rough)

I'm thinking the rc high fat bars might be a good idea with a standard heigh clamp replacement. Anyone done this?

I have pro-taper on my XTX, my bars are lower & flatter than the standard bars.

cool, I love the look of the fat bar as I hate the cross brace. I think you mentioned before the are the carmichael bend, which sets them at 77mm height, 800mm length and 55 mm sweep. That looks about right if I estimate standard at around 125mm. I think the replacement will need to be renthal by the look of it, but either or is good I guess

Ive put on a set of Renthal Streetfigther bars. They are shorter in width but they feel a good bit higher, not sure on dimensions but they feel good for me but can feel slightly not wide enough if you start doing alot of very twisty stuff where the wide bars give more leverage. But i just hall the big girl around them anyway!!!!
