Have people had problems with TT UK or is it a global issue?

I'm considering ordering Zegas + other farkles from their German site, little unsure though.

I find tourtech uk inconsistent, contacted them 5 months ago for a replacement fitting kit for my bash plate. gave up chasing it 3 months ago. some times i'd phone and speak to the same guy and he'd have no idea what i was phoning about, other times he would be great.

the conversation was left at it's on order from germany and they'll contact me when it arrives, chased it a few times and then gave up after a few times of them being unable to find any reference for the order 3 times in a row.
