The front tyre is army special also, both tyres fitted to standard wheels.

Off road they are the mutts nuts.

They will take a 100 miles to scrub them in, I have 28psi in the front and 30 in the rear.

The tyres will handle totally different to road bias tyres and you will have to adapt your riding, ie; they will move around abit which you get use too. (front tyre)

The front will go lightish at high speeds 75-80mph due to you only running on the centre knobs on the front which is over the speed limit :laughing5: any way

You will also have to allow more time for braking due to less tyre contact with the road.

Now that they are scrubbed in (250 miles) I have no problems banking it over to the edge of the tyres with confidence.

They will not suit everyone has they handle different to normal tyres, I have just come up the motorway a little over the limit with no problem and handle OK.

I will try dropping the front tyre down to 25psi to see if that stops a bit of the lightness at speed.

I am use to riding with enduro tyres on a KTM300 which has less knobbies on the tyre and less contact with the road so I knew what to expect.

Mileage I don't know yet I would guess around 3k for the rear

Is the colour the same blue??? I've got a Yamaha YZ blue but have not fitted it.
Do you need to cut the rear end of the fender? As will it hit the radiator?
And how's the temperature of the bike, any difference?

Hi danial, the colour is a darker blue, re fitting if you re read my 1st post it will tell you how :110:, it does not effect the temperature.

I had one of those on but left the tow hook on, but turned it upside down and instead of washers used rubber washers. It's a little tricky to get it on without it fouling the radiator but easy enough.

The only problem with the short supermoto mud guard, is that due to being not very long at the front you will get alot of road dirt covering the front of your bike (lights) when it is wet, and it won't stop any mud when off roading.

Nice mod uncle ricky ,but the Tow Hook needs to be moved to the rear , so we can tow all the broken down KTM`s , lol !
