O2 Emulator.

Hi all,

I've done a O2 emulator as per Kev instruction.

I have only to assembling to bike and test it.

Only a question. I think that the "heater" is the 330 ohm resistor and the "marker" the 47K resistor. So, I don't understand why the 47K have to be 2 W and 330 ohm 1W. I would have said the opposite. In any case I used twice 2 W resistor.

In attached some pics of my work. Soon assembling and testing.

Ciao. :thumbsup[1]::thumbsup[1]::thumbsup[1]:

Looks good mate.

I could only get a 47K in a 2W resistor from my local electronics shop, you can use a 1W resistor for both circuits.

Thanks Kev.

Hi all.

Second version of emulator and finally installation (I was not completely convinced by the first one connectors, so I decided to use the original Yamaha).

I tested on the road and I'm very happy. It function very well.

Thanks Kev.

Nice work mate.

As the tests have shown 07 to 08 XTX & XTR need the O2 eliminator, 09 XTX & XTR results are still undecided, the XTZ 08/09 models does not need one.
