Star letter of the month by anonimous
Well I will keep the writer of this letter anonymous so not to embarrass him/her, but I have decided to publish it for other to see that what was written here below, touched me as well as I am sure it will touch Kev representing for us the best kind of reward for the work we both put in this forum day in day out which as this letter highlights, it's all for a good cause, and that is to make your experience both with socializing in this forum and more importantly with your bike a breeze. Thank you Anonymous. Our effort will contine to go on. Guaranteed.

Hi Fran, just wondered how I go about renewing my subscription. :clock:Its going to be very easy I know but just cant sus it out.
This is the first forum that I have ever been on. Thoroughly brilliant. ;) When I think of this time last year I had only had my Xtx for just over a week and I was sort of regretting my decision. Wow what a difference this forum has made to me. That is down mainly to yourself, Kev and all the friendly advice on here.:smilies0942: Hopefully this year I will be able to meet some of the others at some point. I might even suggest having a meet at my place, as I have quite a bit of space and a pub five doors down. Anyway I digress, how/where do I send my tenna Cheers |
I do find helping people rewarding & is nice to know riders appreciate the kind of help this forum offers.

I agree with the sentiments of a-nonny-mouse, 'tas already sorted me out on a few things, and what am I..?..er...one month in.
Thanks to one and all. |
Who ever wrote that must be reading my thoughts! I also, after a week of owning my XT found this forum and it was a god sent as I had a few issues with the bike, without Fran for the website and Kev for the help the XT would of been sold long ago, now it is a bike I consider keeping for good if the funds would allow it
Kev & Fran... 10 thumbs up and THANK YOU!! |
Thanks mate, it's the great bunch of guys that keeps me here, you learn something new every day when you logon.

It was sort of the other way round for me! I research anything that I plan to buy, so I read as much about the xtx as I could before I bought one. At first I was worried as I had heard they have surging issues etc, but then I found this forum, read many of the topics, and realised I would be in the capable hands of Kev and co if I did have any troubles........so I got one! Best decision ever!
Luckily the bike I bought didn't have any problems, but I can sleep easy at night knowing that if I do come across 'a broken bridge' I will have a whole forum of knowledgeable people to help me 'cross that bridge'! I sort of imagine xt660.com to be the mechanics in the RAC advert where they are all walking to the broken down car singing I'll come to you (or something like that lol) So yeah, THANKS CAPT, KEV, EVERYONE!! |
to all involved
im also impressed by all the advice on here and help on here only been looking in from the side lines. but from now but will start to join in with the chat all the guys who keep this site up and running a big well done and thanks when the bad weather comes along i just might have ago at some mods only simple ones mind as im not too clever with bikes :icon_lol: my tenner will soon be on its way once again abig
thank you...

now what can I say...
Fran, Kev and all the rest of you guys there. I personally have had all the help I could ever receive from these heroes that apart their being so busy at work and life, they have dedicated their precious free time to help us all, something that most people would not do. I love this XTX of mine to the fullest thanks to all those little secrets revealed here everyday, making it run so great and making me enjoy every mile riding this bike. Not even thinking of changing it for a long time to come. Been messing around this super-forum for 3 and a half years and it just became a part of my everyday life since day 1! You guys, ROCK!!! :winner::clap::clap::clap::winner: |
