Those numbers do not work out, are you sure they are correct the tenth digit should be a 4,5 or 6 on your vin.

The decoder works on my Vin number, VG5DM01D5 7------- my bike being a 07 model.

Hi Kev my vin no. is simular, as all I missed out were 5 0's. the full no. is VG5DM014000009110 thats the no. off my reg. doc. I guess Zim1's simular. :crowded:

Hi kev just been out to my garage in the rain ( wife thinks I'm mad ) had a good look at the headstock, and the no. is stamped on the frame and also on a metal plate. Its the same as I previously quoted. Confusing? :3some:

I seems the UK XT vins do not work in the Yamaha vin decoder.
