can someone please tell him in spanish that I've sent him a private message with a username and password for him to download the manual. He's got to type those username and password in small letters not in CAPTALS.

No es cierto, en ning�n momento te lo ha dicho, si quieres el manual en Ingl�s SIN las protecciones de copia, env�ame 1 privado con tu email y te lo envio.
