I'm very happy myself with the Sirac, so happy in fact that I've put a new pair when the first one wore out after 15900km.

Agreed, I found the Sirac to be a pretty good tyre, never any scary moments, but they did wear fast; just under 5,000 miles and they were shot.
I don't use the brakes much, but find that two fingers is all that's needed on the front. I've had two occasions now where I've had to brake HARD and the feel and stopping power has been without fault.
More than could be said for the Hayabusa I had previously.
The stock suspension lets the bike down when ridden hard on the road, but let's be honest, it's a budget bike and the suspension does get overwhelmed when you start to hustle, it's not designed for it.

Last night I had a play with the bike and lowered the front forks 20mm and adjusted the rear preload softer. The rear is now set to postion 3 of 8 so soft. Once it stops raining I will be out and about on it to see how that improves it. It certainly makes a difference cocking your leg over!

One thing I will say is how easy it is to adjust both front and rear settings. So much so that for the next few rides I am taking the allen key and rear shock tool out with me and keep tweeking the setting until I get the best setup for me.

Once set, the tyres should have arrived and I will get those on and hopefully it will be how I want it. :coolsmiley:

I think you have 9 settings on the back, I found mine was better handling with it stiffer mine is at 6. Standard that it is delivered at is 3 :smilies0119:
